I am a free-lance musician and educator, with a B.M. in Music Education/Piano from the Crane School of Music (SUNY Potsdam) and an M.S. in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Phoenix.
From 2018 until 2020, I had the pleasure of working as a cruise ship pianist (aboard P&O's flagship Britannia, Cunard's flagship Queen Mary 2 and Queen Elizabeth), backing London's West End entertainers and the ship's company of singers and dancers, performing in the ballroom orchestra, and occasionally filling in as solo pianist and in jazz trios.
I am the pianist/leader of the ii-V-I Jazz Trio (most recently in a year-long residency d/b/a the Foundry Trio) and the pianist of the Glens Falls City Jazz Ensemble. I perform as first call with many artists and groups, as my schedule allows. I am the music director and organist for the First Baptist Church of Hudson Falls, NY.
Classically trained, I am equally at home playing classical, jazz, Broadway, general business, and religious music. I particularly enjoyed my time working with the Weston Playhouse Theatre Company, serving as musical director for their collegiate Young Company and pianist for their high school camp for three seasons. I was the founding musical director/pianist of the EnerJazz Big Band (Rutland, VT), musical director/pianist of the Marble City Swing Band (Rutland, VT), and musical director of the Poultney/Granville Town Band (Poultney, VT).
