    Ron White (bass) is our first-call substitute when either Bear or Glendon are away. He taught orchestra, grades 2-12, in public schools in Dallas, Richardson, College Station and Houston Texas. He is currently the director of the Orchestra Project, a collaboration with Middlebury Community Music Center and the Extended Learning Program in the Mount Abraham Unified School District.

    Ron has maintained an active bass studio for the past 45 years. He has coached bass sections in summer music camps, public schools and in audition preparation. He has participated in thousands of performances as a bassist or conductor in a wide variety of musical setting and venues.
